Privacy Policy

What minimal data is handled when you use the ERC-20 token builder.

1. Data minimisation

ERC20 Maker is designed to handle as little personal data as possible. Token configuration is kept in your own browser (local storage) during this phase and is never transmitted to our servers by the builder itself.

Non-custodialWe never collect private keys or seed phrases. Deployment is signed from your own wallet.

2. What we may receive

  • Contact messages — if you write to us, we receive the name, email and message you provide, used only to respond.
  • Basic technical logs — standard web-server logs (such as IP address, user agent and requested pages) needed for security and operations.

3. What we never collect

  • Private keys or seed phrases — deployment is non-custodial.
  • Wallet contents beyond what is required to prepare a transaction you approve.

4. Public blockchains

Anything you deploy to Ethereum is public by design: contract code, transactions and addresses are visible to everyone, including on explorers such as Etherscan. Do not put personal data in token names, symbols or on-chain fields.

5. Retention and rights

Contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of data you provided via the contact page.
