Terms of Service
The rules for using ERC20 Maker, a no-code ERC-20 token creation tool for leading EVM networks.
1. What ERC20 Maker is
ERC20 Maker provides a web interface that helps you configure and deploy ERC-20 smart contracts on supported EVM networks. Deployments are executed by your own wallet; we never take custody of your keys or funds.
2. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of every token setting you configure (name, supply, fees, addresses).
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including securities, tax and consumer-protection rules that may apply to issuing a token.
- You will never misrepresent affiliation with other projects, and you will not use the tool for fraud, deception or unlawful fundraising.
3. No guarantees
The tool is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular deployment outcome, network fees, market behaviour of tokens created, or listing on any exchange or aggregator.
4. Fees
Service prices are shown before you continue. Network gas fees are set by the selected network, not by us, and are paid from your wallet at deployment time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERC20 Maker is not liable for losses arising from your use of the tool, smart-contract behaviour, market movements, or third-party services such as wallets and block explorers.
6. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
